This UK manufactured UK cartridge has a 0.2 micron nominal rated for the removal of Giardia and Cryptosporidium parasites, E.coli and 99.9% removal of dangerous pathogens including Salmonella and Cholera. The incorporation of silver locked within the ceramic structure gives enhanced bacteriostatic and self sterilising properties. Its unique central media in corporates ion exchange which has an affinity to heavy metals including Copper and Lead.
Its unique ceramic skin is scrubbable allowing you to clean any build up of sediment, as well as any bacteria contamination.
Premium Ceramic/Carbon cartridge recommended for use on tank water when E.coli, Giardia and pathogens are a concern. Also includes Ion exchange media for the removal of heavy metals including Lead and Copper. Unit can be scrubbed regularly to remove build up and ensure flow rate. Replace 12 monthly.
